I have been practicing massage since 2002. My approach to massage uses body and tissue response techniques as well as principles of Myofascial Release and an eclectic mix of different massage styles and energy work.
At the core of my work is the belief that self-care is a necessary priority in life and when you dedicate the time to take care of yourself, you can more easily find balance in all aspects of your life. When you feel better you live better.
I enjoy the challenge massage provides, but even more so the results. By incorporating problem solving, looking for the cause of the issue rather than just treating symptoms, the benefits of massage are evident both on and off the table. By taking what we learn through dialogue and hands on work we can determine how best to integrate your session(s) into the rest of your life. We can work together to determine the best path forward to support your own self care.
I love what I do and look forward to sharing this passion with you.
My massage therapy journey started with training in Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduation, I moved to Des Moines and have been practicing here for the last 8 years. I provide personalized massage therapy treatments that focus on relaxation, and revitalization. Using Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques along with utilizing breath-work, subtle energetic healing techniques, and trigger point therapy, all my massage treatments offer a holistic approach to self care. My mission is to initiate a safe space, have ongoing and open communication, and create muscular and energetic balance in my clients. I offer complimentary Aromatherapy and Biofreeze with every session when requested.
With over two decades of experience in massage therapy, I bring a holistic approach to healing and relaxation. I began my journey in 2002, specializing in Thai massage shortly thereafter. In addition to Thai massage, I am trained in Qigong and therapeutic yoga. Each of these practices stands on its own, offering unique benefits to help you find balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. My goal is to help you feel restored in body, mind, and spirit.
“Worth is an excellent massage therapist. He’s quite knowledgeable in Thai Massage and great at his practice. He helped heal an ankle injury I had troubles with for a long time. 10/10 recommendation!” -Ashlee
